Premier League

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
Smash & Grab move up two places because of their three points away at H-LAB.
Housewives Favourite show that they’re still worthy of the title with an incredible 74.
Gloopy Yarbles maintain the gap between themselves and Wives Fave with their fifth straight win.

Championship

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
Barons move level with DBT at the top.
ATC & ASG could also go top next weekend if results go their way in GW21.
Prelim and IBL also win to keep chase on the top four.

League One

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
Peltier win a barnburner and move to #1 for the first time this season. Slots Fired unfortunate to slip to second after losing with the second-best score in the League.
SkyPlayer and Borussia Teeth play out their first draws of the season, hindering both from playing catch-up. Man United defenders ultimately responsible for the tie – Dalot could’ve won it for SPInFPL but was subbed on with +0; meanwhile De Ligt also scored goose-egg, keeping all three scoring subs on the BT bench.
East Loop and AFC Chester both won battles in their fight for survival; Goleta starting to get left behind.

League Two

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
• Another slobberknocker between the two topscoring sides in League Two – Flubbing Yanks break BattleVAR’s 4-game win streak and bring themselves level on points near the bottom.
Shams Army return to second after eleven weeks outside the top two.
AI-Jiggery-Pokery are coming back into contention for promotion with their third-straight victory, setting up a six-pointer next time against Jaysokker.

🫣 Next Week’s One to Watch:
Jaysokker -v- AI-Jiggery-Pokery
3rd -v- 6th // GW3: 24 – 19 // GW12: 28 – 34

Dynasty League

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
Not just the FanTrax updated default kits, but more drama too.
• After slamming the door on RWB last week, Peltier couldn’t capitalise on their momentum when they met TrevAI. Milos Kerkez pulled out the best performance of his season so far, 28.75, and TrevAI move upto fourth.
• Wins for the top two preserve HJC‘s dominance in the Dynasty. RWB still second but Tino’s Legacy also making a claim for second place.
• Mbuemo accounted for nearly half of Jaysokk‘s points, who proved far too strong for Wonder Struijk. Jaysokk move up two places.

🫣 Next Week’s One to Watch:
Gloopy Yarbles -v- Jaysokk
8th -v- 6th // GW3: 75.5 – 86.25 // GW12: 91.5 – 91.5

The Belyea Memorial Cup

Welcome back to The Belyea Memorial Cup!
“Rewarding Excellence in Its Many Forms”
Everyone is a winner (except one).

In rememberance of a former BFFA manager, fantasy football hero, Liverpool fan, father and friend to many. We are grateful that he was a part of our league and touched so many lives.

The game is simple – if you get the best score of the remaining teams, you escape.
Each week at least one team gets out, sometimes more, because they are excellent!

The already proven Housewives Fave left the roadshow way back in GW3. This week they put up an unassailable 74, twelve points clear of the field. In second place this week, but the best of the rest, Flubbing Yanks are rewarded for their efforts with 62 matchpoints.

The Big One

It’s the BFFA Big One. The tried and tested (albeit inferior) traditional form of English Fantasy Football
that requires each manager to build a team with a budget of £150 million.

These teams must have no more than three players from the same PL club, excessive transfers are penalised by point deductions, and everyone gets a Haaland (if they want one).

Every team also gets to pick a Captain and there are bonus chips to play across the season.
This is a classic-style fantasy league, open to all BFFA managers past and present.

Last season The Big One was won by Prestige Worldwide, a subsidiary of The Premier League’s El Dude Bros, and The One Cup was won by Alleviate the Tedium.
