Premier League

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
• Another top-score helped Gloopy Yarbles onto a fourth-straight win. El Dude Bros have every reason to feel hard done by, as they would’ve beaten any of seven other teams this week.
• For the second time this season, HLAB lost by one point. Last time it was 42-41 against El Dude in GW6 when they left an agonising 25 points on the bench. This weekend they were simply outclassed by the champions (who themselves lost by 1 in GW13) and Aït-Nouri’s +10 off the bench couldn’t overcome Housewives Favourite‘s +8 in bonus points.
• And speaking of one-pointers, nine gameweeks ago mighty Fine edged out Vanishing Spray 54-53 in a thriller between the top-two scoring teams. This week there was nothing between them at the final whistle, only Enes Ünal coming on for mF(F) to replace the suspended Justin Kluivert; he played 17 minutes and found his name in the referee’s book. They share the points with a 32-32 draw.

Championship

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
• The two highest scores of the gameweek appeared in the Championship – 68 for Preliminary Version (who topscored 3x in L1 last season, but never overall) and 69 for De Bruyne Trousers (who topscored overall just eleven weeks ago).
Atletico Topo Chico return to third place thanks to Strand Larsen’s goal against Spurs and WdB’s Fraser Forster.
IB Lausig get their first win in six games against All Star Gunners (last win: GW1, S.10).

League One

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
Peltier get the top L1 score for the eighth time in nineteen gameweeks! Somehow still only third.
• Un-newsworthy-ly, the top five all won, bottom five all lost. The rift between the two halves increases to two wins plus a whole heap of matchpoints.
SkyPlayer steal a third win away from AFC Chester thanks to substitute Brennan Johnson who scored and earned two valuable bonus points.

League Two

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
Shams Army scored a Belyea-worthy 66 points with double-figure scores from Trent, Eze and Wood. The L2 top score means that they not only move back upto third, but they are only six matchpoints behind second place going into the weekend.
Boudi’s Crew regain dominance over Sporting KM, who beat them 35-32 in GW10.
Tino’s Legacy prevent Jaysokker from keeping pace with the ratty crew. Roping Jaysokker back gave them the leverage to climb up a place and back to within reach of promotion.

Shams Army -v- Sporting KhilMaan

Dynasty League

😲 Eye-Catching Stuff:
Wow, what a week!
Peltier beat the second-best score by just 0.25, one of twenty 1⁄4-point defensive clearances from them this week. They move up to third and level on points with Barefoot.
• League leaders Haven’t Jota Clue eek out another win, this time by only 0.75! Waikauri cursing that Son penalty miss.
Gloopy also pass 100 points again. Another win lifts them upto seventh. Jaysokker also climb two places off the bottom of the league.

The Belyea Memorial Cup

Welcome back to The Belyea Memorial Cup!
“Rewarding Excellence in Its Many Forms”
Everyone is a winner (except one).

In rememberance of a former BFFA manager, fantasy football hero, Liverpool fan, father and friend to many. We are grateful that he was a part of our league and touched so many lives.

The game is simple – if you get the best score of the remaining teams, you escape.
Each week at least one team gets out, sometimes more, because they are excellent!

Things are going very well for Boudi’s Crew, now six points clear at the top of League Two and ranked seventh overall. However, despite being the highest-scoring remaining team in the Belyea, and scoring a mighty 65 FPts this week, and leaving 15 FPts on the bench, Boudi’s Crew have to wait at least another week to leave the tournament.

This week, our escapees are League Two rivals Shams Army, going one point better with 66!

The Big One

It’s the BFFA Big One. The tried and tested (albeit inferior) traditional form of English Fantasy Football
that requires each manager to build a team with a budget of £150 million.

These teams must have no more than three players from the same PL club, excessive transfers are penalised by point deductions, and everyone gets a Haaland (if they want one).

Every team also gets to pick a Captain and there are bonus chips to play across the season.
This is a classic-style fantasy league, open to all BFFA managers past and present.

Last season The Big One was won by Prestige Worldwide, a subsidiary of The Premier League’s El Dude Bros, and The One Cup was won by Alleviate the Tedium.
