EYE CATCHING!

PREM: FCSB loses and the next four teams below them win, tightening things at the top. Depending on results over the weekend, any of four teams could lead the Prem. At the bottom, with all three teams losing, there is now a major hill to climb for any of the three teams to survive the drop, with Cornballers looking the only team to possibly do so based on Score.

CHAMPIONSHIP: Not much changing up top here. It’s what’s going on at the bottom of the table that should make those involved all kinds of sweaty. Five teams are fighting for survival. Things are so weird here we can’t even begin to predict who will drop.

LEAGUE 1: What’s that?! It’s a unicorn. It’s rarely seen near the top of the table. Run, don’t walk, to catch a glimpse of it before it runs away back into the chanted forest of mediocrity. Also, second tightest division in the league. Also, Gylfi is making a run at survival, and possibly promotion. Yes, we said it. Promotion.

LEAGUE 2: Mff and Chester have to feel pretty good heading into the New Year. The rest of this division is really up for grabs in our eyes. A lot of that has to do with the fact that Simon’s team (waiting for the renaming, refuse to mention it by the old name due to genetic stubbornness) has Zlatan. And Zlatan doesn’t finish last. Nor does Zlatan finish mid-table.

Don’t forget to check out the Best-ish standings. It’s fun. And worth a cool $100.
