Scoring 56 and losing by 3 will make the Unicorns rue 2018 and want to get to the new year. Big 4 beware of Bigo, the team that scored 59 to beat the Unicorns. Is Reykjavik for real? Does Bjork wear loon dresses to awards shows? It was a loon, right? Or am I getting looney confused for something else?
Championship
All of the top 3 lose here. SB Town wins two in a row for the first time this season, firing a warning shot (from a nerf gun) to the rest of the league. Top three with firm control over this division, as we are still waiting for someone else to challenge them for promotion to the Prem. How long will we be waiting? From the point differentials it looks as if it could be a really fucking long time. Like, a suburb of forever.
League One
As the Zoo continues its dominance in LG 1, it’s the other, well, 9 teams that still have a shot at promotion or will suffer the dreaded drop. Anything can happen here, and it probably will. 2019 will be a grind of the highest lap dance order here. Watch your laps. There will be grinding on them. Gross.
League Two
Gnome nearly scored 17 this week. Keep your eye on them to possibly perform this feat in GW21. Though Route57 has a nice hold on LG2, total points would tell us that it’s any of the top four’s division at the moment. We think this race will be a good one down the stretch, especially if teams playing Gnome can score 17 or more, they should be in good shape and get themselves 3 points on those GWs.
