EYE CATCHING!
–PREM: Two teams remain undefeated (one who was not present at the draft) heading into the closing of the transfer window. But it was the battle between FCSB and Bigo1 this week -with the latter prevailing- that proved both of those teams will be scoring points this season. Current situation at The Money Team: “We can’t buy a win.”
–CHAMPIONSHIP: Brolin continues to impress early amongst this loaded Championship field, but it’s ASGs who lead the Best-ish comp. Congrats to Banana Swans who won the first installment of the Prenup Cup against Cornballers, who, it looks as if, is cursed again. This time, though, his wife is doing part of the cursing. Ouch.
–LEAGUE 1: Relic is on fire. Can they keep it up into September? Chester showing they are a consistently well-managed team…we think. This is the only division not carrying any sub 100 total points “dead weight” teams at the bottom, raising the question if this will be a more hotly contested division than the Champ…again.
–LEAGUE 2: Tapped up stays perfect here. But look at how tight those top four are on total score. We’ll see who busts out of the pack in November. Every game here this week was decided by 10 points or more.
