Round Two – Gameweek 24
Can you believe it – four of the top five-ranked teams have been knocked out.
SkyPlayer may have entered the tournament as the hottest contenders, but they were trumped by League Two rivals Goleta Hotspur. Both teams moved up one place in the league this weekend, and it was the higher-placed of the two that came out the better in their Cup encounter. That Pascal Groß penalty away at Spurs was well worth it for the win.
Gloopy Yarbles, still ranked #2, fell at the first to another rising star – DBT are now #6 after their 58 and closing the gap. Smash & Grab didn’t stand a chance against the biggest score of the week, Wives Fave fell to Ben White’s assist and Peltier met Whiskey de Bruyne on their best week of the season so far.
ATC make it to just their second Third Round in five years. Fergi Time get their second Third Round appearance in two years. CG XI improve on last year’s Second Round flop, Farkelife put to rest the spirit of last season’s First Round exit. Alleviate the Tedium, Shams Army and The Phenoms all get debut Cup wins too.

The Draw will take place at noon (UK time) on Friday, 23rd February.
It will bracket the Last 16 and set out their path to the Final.
The Third Round kicks off in Gameweek 27.
